Welcome to the SerpSpur Affiliate Program. By signing up to be an Affiliate in the SerpSpur Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you read them carefully before signing up.
1. Commission Rate and Structure
- Standard Commission: Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on successful, qualifying purchases made by customers who click through your unique affiliate link.
- Zero-Dollar Transactions: Referrals resulting from 100% discount codes, free trials, or transactions with a total checkout value of $0.00 will be tracked in your dashboard for analytics purposes, but will yield a $0.00 commission.
2. Subscription and Recurring Commissions
- 30-Day Duration: For subscription-based plans, you will earn your 15% commission on the initial purchase, as well as on any subscription renewal payments that occur within exactly 30 days from the start date of the subscription.
- Expiration: Once 30 days have passed since the initial subscription purchase, no further commissions will be awarded for subsequent renewals of that specific subscription.
- No Lifetime Commissions: We do not offer lifetime commissions. If a referred customer purchases a completely separate product or starts a new, unrelated subscription in the future, commissions will not be automatically credited to the original affiliate unless the customer clicks your active affiliate link again prior to that new purchase.
3. Payout Terms
- Minimum Threshold: Affiliate commissions are paid out once your balance reaches a minimum of [$50.00 USD].
- Schedule: Payouts are processed on a [Net-30 / Net-60] day schedule. This means commissions earned in January will be paid out at the end of [February / March] to account for our standard refund period.
- Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase SerpSpur plans for your own use, your agency, or your employees. Self-referrals will be voided and will not yield commissions.
4. Cookie Tracking
- We use a [30/60/90]-day cookie to track referrals. If a visitor clicks your link but does not purchase immediately, you will still be credited for the sale if they return and purchase within [30] days.
- If a customer clicks multiple different affiliate links before purchasing, the sale will be credited to the last clicked affiliate link.
5. Approved Promotional Methods We encourage our affiliates to promote SerpSpur through:
- SEO tutorials, blog posts, and reviews.
- YouTube videos and social media content.
- Email newsletters to your opted-in subscribers.
- Agency recommendations to clients.
6. Prohibited Promotional Methods (Strictly Enforced) To protect our brand integrity, the following promotion methods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- PPC/Brand Bidding: You may not bid on SerpSpur branded keywords (e.g., “SerpSpur”, “SerpSpur reviews”, “SerpSpur coupon”) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other search network.
- Coupon Sites: You may not submit your affiliate link to coupon aggregation sites, deal portals, or claim to offer unauthorized discounts.
- Spam: Unsolicited email marketing (spam), link spamming on forums, or deceptive routing is prohibited.
- Misrepresentation: You may not impersonate SerpSpur, use our logo to create fake social media accounts, or pretend to be an official employee of the company.
7. Termination SerpSpur reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, any pending commissions obtained through prohibited methods will be voided.
8. Agreement Changes We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission rates, and cookie durations at any time. Active affiliates will be notified of major changes via email.
