Rank Tracker vs. GSC Average Position discrepancy?

I just loaded my keywords into the Daily Rank Tracker. For my main money keyword, SerpSpur says I am sitting at position #4. But when I look in Google Search Console, it says my average position is #6.2.
Which one should I be making decisions based on?

Trust the SerpSpur Daily Tracker for day-to-day decisions.

Google Search Console (GSC) calculates “Average Position” based on every single time your link appeared on a user’s screen. If someone searched from a mobile phone in a different country where you rank #12, GSC blends that #12 into your average.

SerpSpur checks a clean, localized, non-personalized SERP. It tells you exactly where you rank right now for a standard search. GSC is great for historical trends, but the live tracker is what you use to monitor your immediate growth!
